ECU harness setup

How much would an ECU harness install cost for a ka24e 1993 240?

estimates. sorry if this is a noob question i know nothing bout cars

Dont ask me. I'm buying the car like that. I was like wtf at first also heh.

Anybody down in the 7 cities area willing to drive over and fix this for me. I'm thinking it wont take long and i'll pay you...
