Default ECU fuse blows

Ive encountered a problem. My ecu fuse was blowing everytime i turned the car on into acc mode. I changed the battery terminals and wires, and now it can be driven for a few seconds before it blows the fuse. The only thing that I can think of is a dead ground. That there is a hot wire that keeps hitting a ground which causes a surge. If anyone has any other good ideas, let me know. Otherwise it seems like im gonna have to search through some wires. Thanks in advance

Not when shifting, just driving. But the fuse wont blow at idle, so it can idle and can take gas, but when its moving the fuse blows.

do you have the correct rated fuse? might sound like a stupid question, but it can easily be looked over.

Yeah, got the right fuse, what really threw me off is how the car started up fine with the new batt harness, but it still blows the fuse. And now with the new battery harness, I can just put a new fuse in and it will start. Before, if would blow the fuse at acc mode.

Also chk if the light get dim or brighter with rpms?
Whats i'm getting to is, to see if the IC in the alt. is bad, overcharging, will blow the fuse to protect the ECM.

there are several things on the circuit for the ECU, but i have seen an O2 short out internally a few times causing a blown fuse. main thing is, you need to run a check on every circuit on that fuse.

what kind of vehicle?

Its a honda accord with a H22A, You both could be right, about the alt. and the o2 sensor. Im throwing 2 engine codes, electic overload, and primary o2 sensor heater. The o2 is brand new but i had to rewire because of the harness, so it may be hooked up right, and i also have a wire thats spliced on my alt. But neither have had any trouble up until now. Thanks for the advice.
