Easy to take off a motorcycle wheel?
2001 R6...easy to take off the rear wheel to bring into a shop for tire...??
EDIT:
I'd rather just take it into a cycle shop ...is it safe to drive about 5 miles to my nearest shop for this on the flat? Should I inflate with fix a flat first or something?
Just trying to get it there, it's only going to be 65$ plus the tire....

Re: Easy to take off a motorcycle wheel?
never ride on a flat tire, and yes you can put fix a flat in it, but I REALLY dont reccommend it. But if you do please let them know you did as it's very frustrating to find out as you are popping the wheel off.
btw: If you can change your oil you can easily take the rear wheel off. Also you'll get more help by posting this in the cycle section next time, as well as other cycle questions/concerns.

1. DO NOT ride on a flat. Period.
2. $65 for mounting and balancing any tire ix an extreme rip off.
3. You cam google a download for your factory service manual. It's actually pretty easy to remove it. Please read your manual for instructions
