I doubt there is such a thing. Some just leave less dust than others.

For street? I like Hawk HPS pads.

But if you want really low dusting, you may have to sacrifice some performance.

i think the higher performance pads kick out alot of dust because of their bite. i think some of the generic autozone pads have advertisements on the box that say "less brake dust" or something along those lines.

Raybestos Quiet stop is a ceramic pad and is sold at pep boys, you can also find the EBC green stuff at tire rack, and I've found that they are fairly low dust for the performance they achieve.

i had EBC slotted and drilled rotors and EBC green stuff kevlar brake pads on my focus, and i barely ever had to clean my rims. and the braking distance was good, alot better over stock.

i like the Performance Friction Carbo-Met's i've got on the SHO, with Brembo rotors they don't dust too bad. For less dust i'd either go Hawk, EBC Green Stuff, or Performance Friction. The PFCM pads also have a lifetime warranty, so if they ever go bad just bing em back and get a new pair for free.
