Tell your dad he's retarded. God forbid you save some gas under the age of 18 . Does he really think that 5 speeds are faster? My 114hp Volvo also came with a 5 speed.

you cant even do a FULL dual exhaust on a 4banger beccause there is only one header. therefore Y piping, wouldnt u LOOSE hp considering the exhaust gas is being split two diff wayS? there is a jackass i know with a DX who has Y pipe dual exhaust and he lost hp. what a ricer. its a auto too. and a body kits that ate the concrete on a dip.

Yeah, I was gonna say. Aren't N/A cars VERY dependant on exhaust piping size?? I heard somewhere a certain amount of backpressure was a good thing, sometimes.

yeah, backpressure helps low-end torque. I was considering doing 2.25" axle-back dual exhaust, because I have a spider rear bumper that's made for dual exhaust. I'd never get duals all the way from the cat-back though
