I HAVE A 1990 GSX EVERY TIME I START THE CAR THE STARTER GRINDS ON THE FLYWHEEL.IVE REPLACED THE STARTER TWICE AND IT STILL DOES IT.ANY INPUT WOULD HELP

If you replaced the starter twice and I would look into the flywheel.

There are differences between awd,fwd, manual, automatic starters..Maybe wherever your getting them from, keeps giving you the wrong one..Take it out and call Bap Geon and see if they have one, go there with yours and see if it matches what they have..Other than Mitsubishi, they have the best replacement parts in my opinion...

there is a difference between a awd and a fwd flywheel also.

ur flywheel probably have some missing teeth. time for a light weight one.

hell yeah!
when i had my 90 talon i went everywhere to get parts and everywhere i went either didnt have it or gave me the wrong part..i went to bap geon and they had the RIGHT part i needed in stock
