Don't let friends borrow your car! Civic Si 2000
So a friend of mine hits a pothole or a canyon im not sure but messes up my car pretty bad. The front end is an inch lower. I can see that the actual shock is bent. She cracked my rim also. I'm sure it's happen to others i want to know if any serious damage has come from it. I was worried my axels or tie Rods might be messed up. I checked them out and nothing seems to be wrong. I've already bought new Rims, shocks, springs. If any one has advice or passed problems they want to share please do! Thank you

Here's my advice. Tell her that since she incurred the damages, she can take care of fixing the car. Make her take it somewhere and have it professionally repaired, especially if you don't know how to diagnose the damage by looking at it yourself.

Yeah well the only reason i wasn't that mad was because she gave me $1000 up front for the damages and the rest once i sort out the cost. As soon i get my parts in im taking it to a shop. Any one know of any good Honda repair shops in the area of Portsmouth, Va?

READ THIS! You need a new wheel bearing too! A hit that hard will surely flat spot your bearings. Change your bearing then check your alignment. If any thing is slightly bent, this will tell you.
