ok so i just put a header on my da 91 teg, when we got it on we knocked a mastercyclinder line off and i had to fill it up with brake fluid, now my ABS light has been on ever since i got the header on? i know it has nothing to do with the header and i just put new brakes pads on it today (10-23-10). the light is still on ? can someone help me out with suggestions of wat might be wrong? the brakes feel fine and they dont lock when i slam them? i tried. so i mean they work great it just buggs me becasue the light is on. plz help me out if you can. thanx jake

Take the battery out and leave it out for 30 minutes. See if that resets it.

You might have got some air in the ABS solenoid block. Google the procedure to check the ABS codes and see what that tells you.

I took bat. out 2 see if it would reset and its still on. so wat would i use 2 read the codes if i figure the code out?

im lost on how replacing the header would need you to be anywhere near the MC

I had 2 take the front motor mount loose and jack the front of the motor up so the header would go in. im thinkin maybe i knocked something loose? but idk alot bout abs crap

what kind of header is it? 4-2-1 or 4-1? Why would you need to jack the motor up to put the header on?

its a full lenght long tube header, 4-1, and it wouldnt fit from the bottom? duh? haha. not as simple as it looks. i just wanna know wats up with the abs
