are eclipse gs and gst motors the same, if not wats the difference and dont tell me one is turbo one is not

I really haven't ever paid any attention to DSM stuff, but the GST/GSX are a 4G63-T and most non-turbo models are a 420A (1995 to 99 at least). What years are you talking about?

Nope, the GS, and RS motors are the same as the DOHC neon motors, and the 4-cyl avenger/seabring motor IIRC.

the 4G63 is a mitusbishi engine, the 420A is a crysler/dodge engine
