Are CTR cams good for boosted applications?

They'll work, but you may want to go with something a bit milder like B16 cams. Cams optimized for non-turbo power aren't usually the greatest for turbo use, the duration and overlap that works well for one doesn't work the best fo the other.
If you already have CTR cams in the head, use them...

Well I have a b16. So you are saying I should keep my stock cams?

def not gsr,ctr,itr cams have all been known to be the best for boost!

I'd imagine the Skunk2 TURBO cams would be better for turbo applications...Just a hunch.

If only IPS makes boosted cams for B-Series. They make awsome #'s for K's
