passenger side headlights caught on fire like 2 yrs ago, and i finally just got around to cleaning them up. in the middle of doing so though, it started to rain, and didnt stop for four days. now i have 1 wire that i cant figure out where to reconnect it its a red wire with two dark blue/black dots about every one inch, and its an 88 si with a b16. if anyone can help, or has a diagram that may help, please post. i REALLY want my car running before NOPI. btw, the wire i believe goes into the voltage regulator. and when i turn the key... nothing happens. battery is fully charged and connected and started is wired up all correctly.

 

i've got a chilton manual at work. can access it monday if you don't have some help by then. good luck..

what the hell were you doing that made your headlight catch on fire? you put a gazzillion watt bulb in there didn't you. lol. just search on google for a diagram. it will be on the net somewhere.

 

nah the bracket was partially broken and i didnt know it. the headlight fell out when i hit a bump and melted all the wires together.

 

that sucks. good luck with it though.
