to be a regular designed motor, 12:1 is as high as you should go. Why do you want to go so high? What is telling you that the motor will thrive for high compression?

on that serious note, design an efficient motor, get the compression around 15:1, tune part throttles, save a bunch of gas.

Boosted D's are ok. They make good power.

All motor D is a waste of time.

I do believe that chart is for boosted motors i think he's going for N/a....
