i just bought a used 94 civic ex and when you turn on the climate control it sounds like a damn fan running on the passenger side. i havent looked but was just seeing if anyone knew or had the same problem but ill check up on it tomorrow just lazy tonite

 

Check the blower fan, sometimes leaves and sticks get caught up in them and it makes alot of noise!! There are three bolts, take them out and unplug the connector and the whoel thing comes out for a quick cleaning.
