Unhappy Civic problem need a little help

Just put a D15 in my car motor SOUNDS good but there is SOOOO much smoke coming from the exhaust. Wondering what could be the problem.

My mechanic said most likely a head gasket.. but i would like to know what you all think as well. Also there is a tiny bit of smoke from the headers, nothing I believe is serious.

There aren't any problems with the exhaust as I got those problems fixed.

Thanks in advance.

Recommend a compression test and leak down test to narrow problems...

Probably a head gasket seeing as the smoke is white. Why not swap to a better motor than the D15?
