I could be anything from the spark plug to the wires, dizzy. Or could just be low on oil. My girls car is doing that bc she needs some oil.

dude, dont go on a friggin bug hunt, its a waist of money and theres a chance that changing the plugs and wires wont do aynthing. There is WAY to many things that can make a car jump (low on gas, low on oil, slipping clutch, bad plugs/misfire, bad dizzy, bad MAS/MAF sensor, vacuum leak, etc, etc, etc) so id suggest diagnosing the problem by testing everything that could cause it from most common, to least common. Check the wires for resistance before you take a chance on waisting money on new ones, check the oil/fuel. make sure the plugs are gapped right and fireing properly, etc, before you go and replace them. And in all honesty, if you dont know how to do some of the tests, either ask someone to show you how, or have someone who knows what their doing, do it for you.
