Default civic help?
I want to install an aftermarket tach on my civic. But I don’t know where to connect the wire to get the rpm reading. Is it one of the wires on the speed sensor? (the thing sticking out of the top of the tranny) 95 ex

Red = constant 12v source
Black = ground
Green or other color = negative side of distributor coil.

on my dads 2000 DX, it was I beleive the blue wire/white stripe coming off of the distributor
