Default Chipping P07

Alright, well I got my hands on a "p07" ecu. It is from a 92-95 VX Civic. It is supposedly chipped "Mugen VTEC-H" hahah, I opened the ecu...the "chip" says "skunk2" on a piece of paper that was taped on the chip...

My question in rule is, can I chip this ECU with Crome?

as long as the chip is removable. in another word the ecu has been socketed. Chip should come out and there should remain a socket for it.
