changed t.belt/car wont start
 
i put everything in tdc. i forgot to pt the#1 spark plug back in and only put the wire. i cranked it and the wire spit out and the car bogged. there is spark and gas. i changed the coil in the dizzy. i also changed the cam gears but only the intake side was installed. the stock sticks out a little. why doesnt it start........i put the plug back in so yeah

There are two things that are really common after changing the timing belt.

1) Timing. Easy to get overconfident and miss something without thinking about it.

2) Spark plug wires. They get taken off, and put back on, and a lot of times they get put back on in the wrong order.

did you reinstall the crank pulley dowel pin thing( real tiny looking rectangle thing, can't remember wtf the name of it is) When you tightened the crank pulley back on?

my friends car did that same thing, everything was TDC and it still didnt start. The dizzy was not on right, we took it off and we made sure it was on number 1 and it started right up. hopefully that will help you with your situation
