Default CEL light Help

long story short i started my car, it shook for a brief moment, immediately afterwards the check engine light popped up. I went and pulled the codes
P0301
P0302
P1300
P1399
I know that the first two codes are cylinder 1 & 2 misfire. I have brand new egk plugs. now the wires have seen better days, replacing those tomorrow. I have spoken to a couple buddies of mine and they are saying my EGR valve. <--true statement?
If I could get some advice on what i should do please let me know. thanks

i replaced the crap wires, with some ngk, same with the plugs, the ngk 3 prongs, i un-did the battery and ecu, ran no different than what is was before. i really never was running like crap. i unbolted the dizzy cap, and found that the rotor button had rust on it, replaced that with a brand new rotor button and sanded the terminals to the cap down. the terminals were in excellant condition. thanks for you advice/help

So it's still doing it with the plug wires replaced?

I think all of those codes are misfire related, so it's possible that the ignition coil or coil driver is going bad, or that you have a broken or clogged EGR valve. There are other possible causes also, but the ignition system and EGR are the usual suspects for behavior like that, so check those first. If you pull the EGR valve off to check and clean it, replace the gaskets while you're at it.
