Default CD Player wiring problems HELP!

~I just bought a 94 EX and when I was puting in a cd player it had no power to it when it was wired up.
~Checked fuses and wiring 2 million times and the was no probelms.
~Also when I start the car the clock resets.
~Cd player works fine tested it in another car and now im out of ideas..HELP!!!

get a multimeter and make sure your switched 12volt and constant 12volt wires are getting power.

thats the very first thing you need to do. then you go from there

there is also a radio fuse in the engine bay fuse box. make sure thats not blown too.

u also have one under ur dash...i believe its number 28 or 32

+1 all.

Definitely check that damn fuse under the hood. Notice I used the word damn to describe the fuse which probably indicates that I have seen issues with this DAMN fuse before. GL

Here is the wiring too, if you don't already have harness or wiring...

12v - white/blue
ground - black
ignition - yellow/red
illumination - red/black
lf speaker - blu/grn - gry/blk
rf speaker - red/grn - brn/blk
lr speaker - blu/yel - gry/white
rr speaker - red/yel - brn/white

iI got it to work..the ground wire was crap which I happend to stumble upon when there was no spark when I touched the 12v and it together. So just replaced it and now everything works thanks for the help.
