I have a eg hatch with a ls/vtec swap with itbs and yesterday i did an oil change and the car ran fine and started fine. This morning when i tried to start the car it wouldn't start. It does crank and i know its not the battery cause all the lights and sound system work. I know its not the timing belt cause i checked that too. What could be the problem?

Your lights and stereo won't, necessarily, not work when your battery doesn't enough juice to start the car.

I didn't necessarily break it it just decided to not start. What a bummer

r u gettin spark? hear fuel pump cut on?

i don't think so but not sure don't have the tools to check if i am getting spark. not sure on the fuel pump don't really know what that sounds like.

Have you tried jumping it yet?

This doesn't have anything to do with the oil change, it's just coincidence. Check the battery voltage.
