all stock injectors, fuel rail, regulator,ecu..etc...except for the fuel pump...car floods on start up...any ideas?...thanks

 

Leaky injector.
Is it flooded after sitting all night, but not if you "run into the store"?

 

^like he said it depends on when its flooded ( is it all the time ) could be leaky injector ('s) , could be dad regulater building to much pressure ...... we need mor info to further help
try testing the fuel pressure

 

Fuel pump might be overloading the regulator. Why do you need an aftermarket fuel pump if you have all of the other stock fuel components?

no there isnt a leak...it only floods on start up...

 

i plan on swapping the injectors in the later future...therefore i would need the fuel pump to compensate it for that...

The stock fuel system can flow quite a bit, usually enough for most N/A use. I I'll bet if you get rid of the fuel pump and go back to stock you won't have to worry about running rich any more.

I guess that I have to ask now, why are you planning on going with larger injectors, are you doing a turbo setup? If you don't need an aftermarket fuel pump for a while, put the stocker back in. It isn't worth the headaches to run different fuel system components unless you have some way of doing, and some reason to do so.
