Default Camber kit

Need a camber kit for the integra and i'm told its going to cost 150-200 to install them

Whats the difficulty level on putting these on?

Can you do it with basic garage tools or do you need anything special to where I kind of would need to take it to a shop?

Id like to do it myself if possible
