You should upgrade other areas before you add a camshaft. You will not be able to fully utilize the potential of the larger profiles.

get the air moving in and the exhaust moving out as best as possible. otherwise that cam is going to be a waste. Im not sure if zex makes one for the 1.7 yet....check their site.

I planned on upgrading the intake and exhaust to accomodate the cam along with a chip possibly(if the softwares been written?). I know this motor puts out 127 at the crank, but with those modifications...what kinda hp/tq numbers am I going to be looking at? Kinda new to Honda...and I don't want to "rice" it out

Also, what free flowing exhaust systems are out there for Honda's that aren't real loud...not looking for that "pissed off bumble bee in a coffee can sound" ya know?

rs-r is extremely quiet and functional. check to see if they make an exhaust system.
