haha, if you have water and oil going there, theres problems. It just separates your crankcase pressure from the oil that will come out along the way so you arent spraying it everywhere. Ive seen steel wool used on the insides. DO a search man, I literally JUST looked this up last week. Search Honda Crankcase Evacuation kit on google. A really good thread came up from Honda-Tech. Good luck
