Where do you have it routed to? Which nipple do you have hooked up?

I had this problem before, and like ZeroMR said, it was where I was running the vac line from that made all the difference.

make sure the line that you tapped into is a good line. there are vacuum lines that dont actually read a good amount of vac/boost like the evap canister lines are no good. I usually grab the vac line that goes to your fuel pressure regulator or tap into the brake booster line with a vacuum block.

if that doesnt fix it your bov may be locked up. most of the time that flutter is not coming from the bov rather its coming from the wastegate.

it sounds like the bov is not even operating like mine when the line blew off completely.

check those out and i hope it helped

I have a type S bov too. My did the same exact thing your's is doing. I toke mine apart sprayed some brake cleaner on it and put it all back together. I set mine to soft and it worked. Mine was real dirty inside, mite be what's happening to yours.
