boostin' the b20
im just about to start the build up of my b20 in my LS. i plan on running a decent amout of boost (about15-18psi). i've been told by several people that a b20 can handle that on stock internals. i've always felt that at least forged pistons would be the way to go. this is my first turbo build and i dont want to be walking a thin line between boost and break. any input or past experience would be appreciated

Re: boostin' the b20
Sleeve it and do the con rods and pistons while you're at it..
I've heard some people running boost that high but heard of major breakage from others..

like i said tuning will be key......
ask shad or steve sakai, best 2 tuners in the area. ive seen crazy numbers on stock blocks thru the both of them and all seem to be reliable. plus crazy numbers from steve sakai on really high compression na motors daily driven.
so stick to your probe....
