Default Boost standard to metric conversion

I've searched a little bit but not too much. Do any of you know the conversion or have a conversion chart for PSI to mmhg or whatever the hell it is on the AVC-R?

1 bar = 14.504 psi
1 psi = 51.7149 mmHg

1 atm = 1.01325 bar
= 760 mm Hg
= 14.7 PSI
