Cool boost controler location

Would it be ok to mount a manual boost controller in the cabin of the car or just leave it under the hood? If so why, just curious.

mounting it in the car is an option, you just need to keep in mind thats just more vaccum line that is needed and the more vacuum line, the slower the reaction of the boost controller, a boost controller if done correctly will not only give you control of your boost capabilities, but actually increase spool time and wastegate reaction time so your bleeding air faster, which is in turn helping you not to overboost and get rid of that excess air the motor isnt tuned for out of the system.
