I'm looking into getting a bigger, better turbo for my 1988 Rx-7 Turbo II, but I am unsure which would best fit my car.

I want this in a turbo:
-moderately quick spool acceleration/good response
-can boost 15psi comfortably
-does not require oil
*I'm not looking for some "beast" of a turbocharger, just something that can keep me in the mid 300s for power*

Right now I am running my stock turbocharger at 8psi MAX, with all of my mods I am pulling in the high 200s. I have never had my car dyno'd, so I believe it's high 200s based on speed, weight, 0-60 of my car and upon estimation of what the expected sum horsepower gain would with my mods.

Is there such a turbo that would do me well for that?
If so, what else would I need?
or
Is it okay for me to get a boost controller and get my stock turbo to 15psi?
If so, which controller would be best?

Either way, I know I will need to convert my top-mounted intercooler to a well-sized front-mount.
Sorry, if I come off as a little undereducated in turbos for being a turbo'd car owner.

Hey dude, that car looks familiar. Get a BNR stage 3 turbo
you'll be happy with that. Also if you want to be safe, get aN EMS setup first. Thats what Im doing now. Wait on the turbo though, thats where my mistake played out. Oh well, Im gettin a Wolf 3D, and 1000 CC Secondary and 750 primary, just get some 750 secondary inj and a Microtech or something

t88 or bigger the 13b has the same exhaust flow as a 350 chev motor

13b with a nice streetport can spool it relatively quickly.
