Default Bad Ignitor?

I drive a '94 Acura Integra LS and recently as I was driving it cut off and when I tried to start it up it would turn over fine but it would never fire up, we couldnt even get it to push start. I was told that the ignitor was bad and that it is a common problem in integras so i got the part ordered from the factory. I was wondering if it is an easy repair with just a few wires to attach or if there is all sorts of timing issues involved with it. Any advice or input would be great, thanks.

if it cranks over and wont start why did you think pushstarting it would help????all that does is turn the motor over just like the starter does...

I mean I had nothing to lose figured I would try it while we waited for the tow, no reason not to.

Yea I got the spark apparently the part was recalled and whoever had my car before me didnt get the memo so I got to do the dirty work, so Im pretty sure it is the igniter. It seemed simple but I just wanted to check with someone who has actually dealt with it, better safe than sorry.
