you need a obd1 ecu chipped with LS fuel and ignition maps, a 7k revlimiter , and vtec setting. p28 maps are kinda lean in the lower rpm.
i can make you a basemap and chip a ecu for you if you wish.

You'll need a P72 if you're keeping the GSR intake manifold with the secondary intake runners, if not a P28 is the way to go. And you'll need to get it chipped and tuned.
