Default b20 vtec

hi guys last week i put a b16 head on a b20 bottom i torqued down the head an put in the cams and adjusted the valves i hooked everything up but it wont start i got gas i checked all the fuses and the main relay i got spark but i dont think its enough

If you've got spark and fuel, it is either timing or a sensor. Are you sure your timing is dead on?
