yes it does but you get more compression with a gsr head opposed to b16/type r

the gsr head on the b20 block is gonna raise to some where around 12 something...to where the b16 or type-r will be around 11...bc the gsr has smaller combustion chambers then the b16/r...

so what do people typically do to reduce the compression so they can boost? pistons and turbo cams?

you also need to know if you are going to use a b20b or b20z block cause the b20z has higher compression

NA cams work better than turbo cams.

why would n/a cams work better? i thought that n/a cams where for higher compression?
