You need enough air to idle at 3000 RPM, so it has to be coming from somewhere. Check the position of the throttle plate and also make sure that there is not preload on the throttle cable that would slightly hold the throttle plate open at idle. Those are easy things to check, so after you rule those out you can look for other things.

check youtube about cleaning & tightening your fitv (fast idle thermal valve)
its under your throttle body with a plate and two screw bolts. tighten that by hand and not too rough its plastic

Thanks For the help but it was something with the mapping. Now I'm having trouble changing the inner lights....the ones pole usually turn yellow. Problem is first off they don't even cut on....Sooo how do I change those lights or get to them first off.

what do you mean by you unplugged the adjuster? Do you mean the IACV? If you unplug that and it stays up then it could not be an issue with the tune. If this is the case then I would try what hatchblack said if your throttle body has a FITV.
