Well, there's a few questions that you have to answer first like...

- What year & OBD is the chassis that you are trying to use?
- What B18C manifold are you talking about? Is it a GSR or ITR manny? There is a difference.

the b17 is basically a b16 with slightly larger balls the integra still used the pr3 ecu with these cars. that is a b16 ecu. and as far as that ecu goes then you need to know what form of obd you have. i am not sure of the obd1 b16 ecu but the the obdo is pr3 and as far as intakes the gsr manifold from 94 and up will not fit but the type r one or any b16 intake will fit

If your obd1 then the best ecu for that engine is the P61. And the best engine harness will be the 92-93 gsr engine harness, again IF you are obd1.
good luck, what's it going into??

The OBD1 P61 from the 92-93 GSR's are nothing more than a restamped OBD1 PR3 just like a OBD0 PWO is to a OBD0 PR3.

that is right,

if this thing (which you really need to just sell to me instead of putting it into anything) is going to go into a crx or hatch i would suggest getting some obd0 injectors and doing it that way instead of converting the car to obd1 but that is all you. If you are going to go obd0 i have a goode chipped ecu that i will sell you for 100 bucks let me know.
