Default B16a/itr cams
i have a b16a with integra type R cams in it with stock valves and springs. i need a valve adjustment, what should i adjust my intake and exhaust valves to? anyone know or can help me? thanks

stock...all that clearance is is a oil clearance to lubricate the retainers,cams, and rocker assembly...
