B16 won't run fresh swap
Hey guys I put a b16 in a 97 hatch dx used the stock harness everything is plugged in and grounded correctly
It started first try and ran for about 30 sec and cut off it won't start now and I have no spark I did replace the rotor and the motor ran perfect when I took it out I have a p2t ecu with a conversion harness it has fuel and compression I have no idea what to check any ideas Also after a while I heard a slight hum that sounded like it is coming from ear the battery any ideas?

You have a few options. You need to check to see if you have power to the coil and ignitor. The power should go trough the ignitor then to the coil. If you have power at the ignitor, but not at the coil then the coil is bad or a short. I would assume that either the ignitor or the coil is bad.
You will need a test light and another person to turn the key on and off.

so i found out my iacv is buzzing it will only do it if i try to start it and leave it on the on position it turns off if i turn the ignition off is that normal? I dont ever remember it doing that when it was in my old si

^^^ to my knowledge thats not a usual think for the iacv to humm? but if ur not getting spark it can only be 2 things really..either u have a bad dizzy or u have a bad main relay..if its the relay u more than likely wont get spark nor fuel..

double checked everything today and determined that it had a bad coil, replaced it and she started up perfect its having a crazy idle right now but i think that has to do with the 2nd o2 just dangling there cause i have to have my midpipe welded up tomorrow, but as of now i have no cel codes
