b16 tranny problems
I just swapped a new motor in my 00 civic si. Its a stock b16. I unbolted the tranny off the old motor and bolted it back on to the new one. when I tried to install my slave cylinder the fork is way to far to the right and wont allow me to install the slave. It wont move either. Is it just a matter of adjusting the fork or do I have a much bigger problem? What do I need to do at this point?

Re: b16 tranny problems
If you've used the same trans and same slave cylinder, it sounds like something got knocked out of alignment with the throwout fork. It's probably something really simple though, because there isn't much to go wrong with that area. Time to take things back apart.

Pull it back apart to make sure that you did not knock the clutck fork off of the pin. The fork does not have any adjustment it just clips on and that's about it.
