b16 or b18 cams??

got a few question for help..wat is the different between gsr and jdm b16a cams??? is it better to put gsr cams in the jdm b16a..and how can u tell which cams is which any way to identify??

search honda-tech, for pics of the cams, you can tell by end of the cam shaft (dizzy side).

i've seen that GSR cams are better for turbo apps.
