Re: b16 axles

how much power are you making to be breaking stock axles? do you mean you're breaking them burning out on slicks?

Re: b16 axles

how low is the car the axles might be at TOO much of an angle and you putting too much stress on them raise the car up man.

Re: b16 axles

first of all i broke them a little bit down the road from my accident so i think its conspiracy but i was pulling out onto the main neighborhood road and i was in the car with a friend stoped put the car in second reved up to four grand let out the clutch slowly and pulled the e-brake i was ridding on toyo proxies 17" racing harts and yes i know if you go to low it binds the knuckle of the tranny and well put this way i just got done raing my car 1" between fender and tire and before i was tucking 17" rims on a CRX. what type of 90-93 teg axles should i run (ex. GS, RS, LS)

Re: b16 axles

If stock teg axels are braking on you (I dont see how seeing as though OEM teg axles can hold up to 500 hp), you need to step it up a notch.

I would recommend DSS (drive shaft shop www.driveshaftshop.com) and if you brake those...... you're doin summin wrong. Heh. :D
