i vote hmotors... all the motors i have bought were good prices..they BEAT anything at jdmhondaparts.... also all the motors that i have received from them have been immaculate...i've have ordered 3 from them...

Try www.Noyanusa.com. They are located here in Manassas, VA. I think they sell B16 for $1300 with tranny and ECU. That's one of the cheapest I've seen.
