Default B&M Short Shifter Vibrations!

I just installed a B&M short shifter on my '01 GSR and it virbrates and chatters very loud. I made sure to use all bushings and EVERYTHING has been tightened and re-tightened. It goes into gear well and drives fine. Does anybody have any suggestions, I am thinking about just taking it to a shop or putting the stock shifter back on.

there are 2 pieces to the shifter (well on honda's at least). one is the actual shifter, the other is a piece that looks like a balance that it connects to. That second piece goes into a bushing. Could it be possible that you pulled your first shift piece out and now the second balancing piece is causing it to rattle? Also, I've done this, I forgot to put the screws in the bottom of the shifter, and the damn thing would hit the exhaust, causing it to rattle. Just another thing to check.
