if you had msd it would be alot easier cause you could just plug it to the box, but if your gonna run it directly, there should be two wires going into a plug on the distributor, tap the blue wire, thats your rpm signal wire.......

the prolight have an RPM switch in it? i thought it needed a tach adaptor to work?


i thought the prolight was just a power and ground, and was operated off of another form of RPM device (MSD, RPM switch, etc)

my autometer prolight

has power ground and signal

a switch on the back for 4-6-8 how many cylinders

and it takes "pills" in the front.

and i was just double cheacking the blue wire from the dizzy theory.

and i've been told thats the one 3 times now.

cool. adj-a-chips dial pill. look into it. that way you can change it on the fly, with no extra pills to have.

The ADJ-CHIP works great, I got mine from Jegs also.

haha, absolutely, ive put in about 50 shift lites, i know what the rpm signal wire is for people that dont have msd boxes, so DO IT MARK W........
