anyone use an AVCR?

I have been getting alot of mixed reviews on the AVCR (mostly installation) does anyone have any input? or will i be better off with a Greddy Profec B?

fyi: 1996 Nissan 240sx with KA24DE

The AVCR is a better choice than the Profec, but the E-01 would be better than either of those.
