I used the one from autozone.... not VHT tho. It worked fine with door panels. Not sure how it would be on seats. I think that it will fade..... not sure tho....

I like the SEM brand products more than VHT. I'm not sure if vinyl dye will hold up that well to the wear that seats need. I know it's considerably more expensive than a can of vinyl dye, but upholstery might be a better option. Vinyl dye is usually better suited for dash and door panel use.

Sun fade is no issue.... we are talking door panels tho. I had mine over 2 years now... still looks the same... but then again, I rarely drive my car. It sits in the garage 80% of the week. I think that seats will be a different story since there is always "surface contact".
