So, you're asking for what again? Material to help you out with pulling apart your engine basically? Hrmm... I personally have no idea. Best bet would be to check out either an all Celica, all MR2 (3s-gte), or all Toyota site/forum to see if they have any write ups. Ya know?

tearing it apart to basically put in forged pistons and h beam connecting rods. stainless steel valves springs and retainers. so i can really put some boost on it without fear of it going boom.....

i have been to several mr2 forums and to alltrac.net. i havent found any torque specs or anything of the sort and they all have one thing to say to stay away from chiltons and haynes manuals. they do say the official toyota manual is the only way to go if i am a mechanically expeirienced person.....which im not....im no mechanic by any means.

Hrm.. well the only thing I can think of would be to do is go grab a copy of the big green book.. have someone who has pulled apart a block open before and pick up a lot of 4 leaf clovers. This might be some work for a professional... being that you're saying you're not a mechanic by any means.

what matt said plus maybe take a class or two in automechanics. you'd be wasting your money otherwise. putting pistons and nice H beams without understanding how to properly clearance a piston-to-cylinder wall (along with things like properly gapping your rings, and things like the rest of the assembly)is a big waste of time.
