Default all you honda gurus... need help in lowering my honda

my right side i guess the lower fork....the 17mm bolt doesnt wanna come out.....can anyone help me......im about to try lubricating the 17mm bolt tomorrow....but any other feedback that will help me would be good

just snap it and have the bushing pressed out and put a new one in, rear LCA bolts on hondas suck ass but sometimes you get lucky

get a spare bolt smaller than the 17mm and push it slightly through the nut welded on the frontside and hit the bolt with a hammer to knock it out.

haha is that common in civics? i had the same shit happen when i put on my coilovers, but i just brought out the breaker bar and when nice and slow with it, make sure you lube it up good first lol, and be patient!
