if i have a type-r with a suppercharger pushing 3 lbs wouldnt getting rid of the cat be a bad thing? i mean the whole back pressure thing....some one plz explain.

Get A high performance cat. It sucks trying to get around inspections and crap like that when you don't have a cat. You need some back pressure but not too much. I would say a hih flow cat and 2 1/2 to 3inch exhaust would be fine .

Oh and why the hell are you only running 3 pounds! The supercharger is robbing mor power than making with only 3 pounds!
