will a motor from 99 crv fit into the94 teg rs
and do i need anything to make it fit or can i use my teg axles/wiring/ecu/headers.flywheel/and tranny

Yes.

Use the intake manifold from the RS motor and the distrubtor from the RS motor.

they are the same engine. really they are. hell i think the b20s have a place for the knock sensor if you wanted to vtec it. like jarrod said. switch the intake manifold, and dizzy. and you have to put the flywheel off your car on it. everything else is the same. i think some of the sensors are different but just pull yours off and put in the b20.
